I am the informal advocate in our team for integrating digital accessibility, learning disabilities support, and UDL use in instruction as well as everyday non-instructional projects. My journey began several years ago when I started working with the ID2ID mentoring program; last year, the outcome was an accessible video best practices presentation. My mentees and I put it together as our final product.

Large foundational courses often use scantrons for high-stakes exams. However, Scantron software has some limitations. There is a technology solution using the Bubble Sheet feature in Gradescope software.

In Teaching and Learning, we've developed a new tool called Canvas App Explorer. This is designed to help faculty discover external add-ons in Canvas that we have approved to better engage their students in the course content. The informational poster will contain information about this tool and also about the top add-ons that an instructor may want to use this to check out.

Especially in IT, it is difficult to escape the dreaded "hours estimate." Thankfully, statistics can come to our aid.

Grouper at U-M is officially a service! The Identity and Access Management Team would like to spread the word about its capabilities and the access management challenges it is able to solve for people across the University who manage access to services.

The OneTrust SaaS solution is our platform for providing third-party vendor risk assessments along with our internal risk assessments. This solution is an evolution of the RECON risk assessment process to the cloud with many other benefits such as, a smoother and faster workflow for RECON, External 3rd party risk assessment, and possibly other assessment processes.

The MCommunity Directory was recently updated and offers a number of important enhancements that meet accessibility standards and exemplifies diversity, equity & inclusion principles.

The Michigan IT Mentorship Program seeks to help IT staff build their professional network by facilitating mentoring either in-person or remotely, individually or in groups. The Michigan IT Mentorship Program is seeing potential mentors and mentees as well as establishing and nurturing mentorship in our IT community.

The Alumni Association has adopted TDx for Asset Management and Project Management, and has adopted the service management module for a single workflow: onboarding and offboarding. Our implementation expands TDx beyond the IT service management sector to encompass Business Office and Facilities onboarding, providing a simplified common interface for coordination, and a customer portal for the hiring manager.

HITS was running an out-of-support deployment platform. Using our RedHat Ansible Tower automation platform, we developed a new deployment platform for Michigan Medicine .NET developers to use, that is custom-tailored to HITS and Michigan Medicine's unique needs. While doing so, this also allowed our team to learn how to use Ansible Tower with our Windows servers.
