The Alumni Association of the University of Michigan continues to leverage Salesforce to serve our alumni. We partnered with HandsOn Connect to expand their existing Salesforce product to provide a broad volunteer site on Salesforce Experience Cloud! Campus and affiliated partners can access the site to advertise new volunteer opportunities to U-M alumni across the world providing an additional avenue for alumni to give back to the University community with their time. This vendor partnership has enabled low overhead for Alumni Association staff and greater exposure of our alumni to support campus efforts both virtually and in-person as fits their current life stage.
