The Alumni Association has adopted TDx for Asset Management and Project Management, and has adopted the service management module for a single workflow: onboarding and offboarding. Our implementation expands TDx beyond the IT service management sector to encompass Business Office and Facilities onboarding, providing a simplified common interface for coordination, and a customer portal for the hiring manager.
