This community of practice provides a discussion and learning space for those engaging in disaster recovery and/or business continuity planning efforts across the University. We’ll support each other by sharing information, challenges, resources, tools, processes, and general advice on how to accomplish this work successfully.
Disaster Recovery Planning is the process of developing policies and detailed procedures for how to recover the technology infrastructure, systems, and applications vital to an organization after a disaster.
Business Continuity Planning is the process of developing plans and strategies for how the organization can adapt to interruptions caused by a disaster to continue critical business operations.
