Data Stewarded by School/College
Data stewarded by school/college encompasses data collected, maintained, and stored by academic units through internal processes, as well as enterprise data pulled for the needs of the unit. This type of data is generally stored in the units, and is used to support unit-level operations and decision making.
Examples include:
- Academic operations data, such as data related to student success and outcomes, coursework, graduate applications and admissions data, unit-level scholarships & gifts, etc.
- Faculty tenure and promotion data
- Unit-level facilities and operations data.
- Student teams and awards
- Faculty awards and service assignments
This type of data is stewarded by the Dean of each school/college.
