The GLAM-IT Community of Practice brings together creators, users, and managers of data and digital assets from U-M galleries, libraries, archives, and museums (GLAM) to advance the mission of the University of Michigan. With increasing digitization efforts across the GLAM community, efficient and effective workflows and tools for the creation, management, preservation, and distribution of digitized resources have emerged as common needs. U-M GLAM units will benefit from sharing their knowledge and experience related to digital assets and identifying potential areas for collaboration.
