Abstract
Join us in a discussion of workflow tools and opportunities on campus. ITS Student Administration and the Office of Enrollment Management have worked with campus stakeholders to improve transfer credit processing. Now we want to purchase an automated workflow tool to streamline new transfer credit evaluations. We'd like to share this workflow tool with others, and are building a business case. In this poster session we will diagram the transfer credit evaluation process and highlight features needed in a workflow tool. We'd like to hear about other workflow opportunities on campus and gather recommendations for products already in use.
