This panel discussion of technical subject matter experts shares the ITS experience in disaster recovery planning with the larger Michigan IT Community. After an introduction to define the core foundational concepts for business continuity and disaster recovery, the panelists discuss the importance and challenges of doing this work. The session calls on the audience to tackle continuity and disaster readiness within their own organizations/departments to identify their critical systems and dependencies, and share resources for how units can get started with their own planning.
