As our faculty and students were pivoting to online instruction in Spring 2020, ITS and LSA staff had their own pivot: to online training for the rollout of TeamDynamix, a new ticketing and IT Service Management application. With in-person sessions scheduled to start in March, ITS staff worked out new remote training plans as they plugged in their monitors and laptops at home and logged into Zoom for the first time. LSA had a little more time but also had to develop training for LSA staff across teams that had never used a ticketing system before along with unit administrators who would be trained to use the new portal and service forms.
