Organizational Learning created a new way to interact virtually with faculty and staff on a complicated topic. The Anti-Racism Primer includes several features: a MailChimp subscription to a weekly email that includes editable PDF’s with educational content (articles, podcasts, social media, LinkedIn Learning classes, etc.), questions to consider and room to journal your experience; membership in a private Workplace group to further discuss topics that come up each week; and a closing Zoom session where participants have a chance to talk to others in the large group and in breakout “huddles” about what they’ve learned. This primer was put together in a short period of time in order to respond to the unrest happening across the country and the impact at U-M.
