Abstract

Well now what? It’s March 18, 2020 and your Community of Practice is scheduled to meet this upcoming week. You had a compelling agenda and a great guest speaker scheduled, and had finally booked that hard-to-get conference room. Should we even still meet? We never really used a Zoom or BlueJeans meeting in our group. Facilitators from three Michigan IT Communities of Practice (CoP’s) offer an insight into how their groups not only remained relevant, but also tailored their engagement for their members as they weathered the crisis together. You’ll also hear about the history of CoP’s at Michigan and some of our plans for the future.
