1.1 UPDATE: Training & Key Dates
Preparations for ServiceLink release 1.1, which covers Knowledge Management and Problem Management, are progressing well. Users will have access to these applications on Friday, October 18. Here are the latest updates:
- A system walkthrough for ServiceLink Ambassadors and UAT participants will take place September 25, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at the Arbor Lakes North Dome.
- E-learning modules will be available via My LINC by October 3. Labs will also be offered for staff who have taken the e-learning course and need additional assistance. (See the project calendar for dates, times and locations.) Everyone is welcome to participate.
- Knowledge in ITSM will be made read-only after 5 p.m. on Friday, October 4. This document details the interim process for knowledge management. If you have questions, please check with your assignment group owner or ServiceLink Ambassador.
- ITSM problem records being tracked as part of the current interim problem process will be loaded into ServiceLink at go-live.
